a nice quaint cozy hotel . 5 mins drive from the city center. ||||During my stay, the Staff ( Alexandra & Adriana ) were Extremely Helpful, Friendly and courteous. they speak perfect English and even helped me with good touristic information about the place. always there to help you with a smile. ||Cleanliness - 10 / 10 ; Rooms - 10 / 10 ( loved the dimension )||Super market just 50 mtrs from the hotel.||Nothing more to ask for, if back to Novi Sad , would surely come back here.||||Keep up the good Work Guys. Kicsit nehéz megtalálni, nincs sehol írva, hogy az ötödik emeletre kell felmenni a recepcióra. A szobák szügy rendben cannak, a parkoló zárható. Bár magasan van, az éjszaka zajai behallattszottak.

I’ve stayed here for a few days at a time for three consecutive years and enjoyed my experience every time. Along with the excellent service and friendly receptionists at the Car Royal Apartments, staying at these apartments rather than at a traditional hotel allowed me to enjoy a very "local" experience in Novi Sad and to catch a glimpse of daily life in this fascinating city. The apartments are well-furnished with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, desk and chair, TV, multi-functional shower with different settings, and the AC is sufficient for the big heatwaves that commonly affect Europe during the warmer months. The apartments also have skylight windows that can fully open to get fresh air and provide a great rooftop view of the streets below. As thunderstorms are often prevalent in Serbia (at least when I’ve visited these past few summers), the windows provide solid protection from potential storm conditions, including strong rain, hail, and lightning during the more intense weather (often occuring in the evening and overnight). Car Royal Apartments is also located near many local grocery stores and supermarket chains like Idea and Maxi, so it is convenient to just walk a few blocks and get food to bring back to your room (mini fridge also included). Novi Sad (and Serbia in general) become easier to navigate with time, but during my first visit I was very grateful to be warmly welcomed by Car Royal apartments and receive some helpful info on how to navigate the city and other useful things to know as a new tourist to Serbia. The apartments are located on the 5th floor of a large building. You can enter via the street Cara Dušana. The specific procedure for getting into the building for the first time will be available in your booking information/message from the apartments (I booked via Booking.com), but once you've received your room key you can just use the attached fob to get inside from then on. Getting to Novi Sad, particularly to these apartments, from the Belgrade Airport is fairly straightforward--you can take the A1 shuttle/mini bus (or other buses/taxi, but A1 is very simple for newcomers) from the airport to central Belgrade, then take the train from Beograd Centar to Petrovaradin (as of mid-2026, Petrovaradin is the only station operating for trains from Belgrade). From Petrovaradin station, you can download Yandex Go app (available in various languages including English) and place a ride request directly to Car Royal Apartments. I would highly recommend these apartments for both new and experienced travelers to Novi Sad. Хвала вам на гостопримству и до следећег пута! 🙂
